In this sampling, we will blind taste some of the best known and best produced single malts. We will examine the tasting wheel to see if we can identify the most prominent flavor profiles in whisky.
You will smell and taste food samples and spices as reference points. This is a fun, interactive class that will broaden your appreciation for the intricacies of scotch whisky. Our samples may include Gordon & MacPhail Highland Park 22-year Single Cask, Clynelish 14-year, Glendronach 12-year, Ardbeg 10-year, and others.
